I'd hoped to get some Perseid meteors, but alas mostly clouds. But I thought the resulting movie was pretty interesting, a juxtaposition of the stately spinning of the stars around the pole with churning clouds racing by, along with the occasional aircraft flitting past. There is actually at least one meteor but it's frustratingly faint and appears on only one frame that's impossible to see in the movie.
Technical stuff: Nikon D300, 10-24mm@12mm, 920 frames, 30 second exposures each, f/5.6, ISO 800, rendered 30 frames/second. About 8 hours compressed into half a minute.
